Baldo Tessile Co. (BTC), makers of JC Bags and Prints and a trusted totebag maker and provider of customized corporate giveaways in Quezon City, held its 2024 Annual Team Building at Brisa Marina Resort, Morong, Bataan, on January 27-28, 2024. The event was led by BTC owners, Ms. Pam Baldovino and Ms. Krystle Buensalida, along with core employees Ms. Annie Ruamar, Mr. Rosendo Guevarra, and Mr. John Ociel.
The middle managers participated in various activities designed to strengthen teamwork and leadership skills. Among these was a SWOT Analysis session, which allowed participants to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats within the organization. They also engaged in the Building the Strong Tower activity, where they had to strategically select and exchange limited materials to construct a stable structure, fostering cooperation, communication, and problem-solving. Another highlight was the Pass the Message Through Action game, which tested their ability to relay information effectively without words.
Beyond the structured exercises, attendees enjoyed bonding over meals and relaxing at the beachfront venue. The event reinforced BTC’s commitment to teamwork and innovation, ensuring continued excellence in providing corporate giveaways, promotional giveaways, and personalized gift ideas for businesses and clients.
