Pam Baldovino
Pam Baldovino is a Partner and General Manager at Baldo Tessile Co., the company behind JC Bags and Prints, established in 2013. She oversees the Marketing and Finance departments.
Beyond her corporate role, Ms. Pam actively serves as Secretary of the Rotary Club of Makati Jose P. Rizal. In 2024, she also took on the roles of Club Service Project Chair and Treasurer, reflecting her dedication to community service and leadership. Additionally, she is the Recording Secretary of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Kapatirang Manila Lodge 8, further demonstrating her passion for service and brotherhood.
Pam draws inspiration from motivational speakers like John Maxwell, who said, "A leader is great, not because of his or her power, but because of his or her ability to empower others," and Tony Robbins, who believes, "When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears."
Her faith is a strong guiding force in her life, as she holds on to the Bible verse Philippians 4:13,
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
She also resonates deeply with Dave Ramsey's words: "Humility recognizes that God is 100 percent responsible for every blessing, every success, every outcome, and every reward in my life. I only have these things because God gave them to me. Sure, I worked hard, but God provided the result."

Tle Buensalida
Tle Buensalida is a Partner at Baldo Tessile Co., the company behind JC Bags and Prints, where she leads the Sales and Operations Department.
Beyond her role in the business, Ms. Tle is deeply engaged in community service and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Makati Jose P. Rizal. Her passion for service aligns with her belief in empowering others, drawing inspiration from thought leaders like Brené Brown and Simon Sinek.
"Start with Why" was particularly influential in helping her navigate challenges during the pandemic, guiding JC Bags and Prints back on its feet.
Her unwavering faith serves as her greatest source of strength, with biblical verses like Mark 10:27—
"Believe with God all things are possible" anchoring her journey in both business and life.
